Well I have an appointment for Velvet to see the pediatrician scheduled for May 8th. Why is it every time I make a doctor's appointment for Velvet, they cannot see her for a month?
So today Aaron and I took Velvet to Palouse Falls and had a picnic. It was beautiful. The way the light hits the water as it falls creates a spectacular rainbow.
After that, we went to the Little Goose Dam. We took Velvet into the fish viewing room. There are three windows in there and you can watch the fish swimming by. Velvet counted the fish swimming by. She felt bad for one fish swimming all by itself and said, "He misses his mommy. She is lost." How cute is that?
Then we came home. Velvet took a nap and Aaron and I went on a drive to look at the historic houses in Pomeroy.
All in all it was a fun day.
